Protecting Creativity Through Design Rights

At ARKM IP Law Firm, we combine legal precision with technical insight to help innovators, designers, startups, and businesses protect the visual identity of their products. Our strong understanding of design law and design patents enables our clients to showcase creativity confidently, without fear of unfair imitation or misuse.

What is a Design Registration?

A registered design protects the visual appearance of a product. This includes:

  • Shape

  • Configuration (arrangement of parts)

  • Pattern

  • Ornamentation

Design registration grants the exclusive legal right to use the registered design for the specific class of goods in which it is registered, and to prevent unauthorized copying or imitation.

Innovators often invest significant time and resources in developing product aesthetics. Without proper legal protection, these designs can easily be infringed. ARKM IP Law Firm ensures that creators obtain strong, enforceable, and commercially valuable design protection in India and internationally.
